We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will work closely with the founder and marketing, and will have a wide range of responsibilities not limited to:

  • Defining a sales strategy
  • Optimizing processes
  • Conducting research to identify customer needs
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Building and managing your own pipeline
  • Outbound calling and prospecting
  • Demoing our software
  • Managing sales leads from identification and initial contact through close
  • Updating and managing communications in Pipedrive CRM

Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


You have the opportunity to define an effective sales/growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and make the sales processes your own.


We want you to grow with the company. In the long term we envision you to grow into the head of sales of a small sales team.


You will be working in a supportive environment, with access to the tooling you need to achieve targets.


What we expect from you

Must-haves


  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar function 
  • Excellent written and oral skills (EN and NL)
  • Coachable
  • Passionate and an eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work well on own initiative with good time management

Nice-to-haves


  • Experience with software platform sales, including doing online demos
  • Knowledge of Pipedrive CRM
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meets ...)
  • Proficient with MacOs
  • Fast learner
  • Be digitally savvy and highly computer literate, with knowledge of online tools essential and CRM, productivity and other software preferable.
